Design
Each site will include an optional FLASH
introduction and overall graphic design to be used
for the entire site. If you have photos of
yourself. business logo or city, you can submit
them for use in any part of the design. If you do
not want to use local images, we can either create
the needed graphics of use photos from our graphic
library.
We also will need
to know what the 'style' of the site will be. From
county to contemporary, you decide. If you saw
another site that has a style you like, you can
show us to give an idea of what you like.
Once the images
and style decisions are completed we need to
decide which sections are needed and the text used
for these areas. We can make suggestions and
provide text if needed. There is a lot of
flexibility here and we will make sure that the
design and structure of the site makes sense for
your type of business.
Property
Listings
Other realty website designers offer or
include a listings database. They also offer only
one option. While this may be fine for some
realtors, others may not need to pay for functions
that are not needed. For example, if you are an
agent that usually has no more than ten active
listings at one time, forcing a visitor into a
search tool would not be necessary. Take the
visitor directly to a 'Featured Listings' page
which would have all the properties on one page,
thus saving steps for your visitor.

Each hosting
account includes custom emails, email
notifications and forwarding that we can setup to
work with any current email you are using or your
